By enrolling in or subscribing to any products or services offered by CodeBeeDo Academy Sdn. Bhd., Code Whiz Academy and/or any of its related companies, subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively referred to as “CodeBeeDo”, the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), including but not limited to courses, classes, applications, workshops, events, programmes, competitions and bootcamps (collectively referred to as the “Services”), the customer (herein referred to as “Customer”, “you” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. For participants under the age of 18, their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agree to these Terms on behalf of the participant and shall be jointly responsible for the participant’s compliance with these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, "Released Parties" means CodeBeeDo and its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, partners, and licensors.
By enrolling, you:
- Confirm all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
- Agree to be bound by these Terms each time you use our Services.
These Terms are legally binding. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
REVISION OF TERMS
CodeBeeDo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Customers are responsible for checking announcements or messages for changes.
1. GENERAL ENROLMENT

Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment, completed registration, and acceptance of these Terms.

We reserve the right to cancel enrolment due to non-payment, disruptive behaviour, false information, or other valid reasons.

2. FEES & COURSE DETAILS
| 2.1 |
For courses requiring a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. Fees must be paid in full before the course starts. Missed classes are non-refundable. |
| 2.2 |
CodeBeeDo reserves the right to revise its course fees for future enrolments. We may also modify course content, schedules, instructors, and policies where necessary to improve our programmes or due to operational requirements. |
| 2.3 |
All course materials, including class recordings, are for enrolled students’ personal use only and must not be shared, copied, resold, or used commercially. Misuse may result in account termination without refund. |
3. CANCELLATION, CLASS ARRANGEMENT AND SAFETY POLICY
| 3.1 |
Students in self-paced classes are entitled to one replacement session per month, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given; this 24-hour notice also applies to rescheduling a replacement session, and any missed replacement will be forfeited. |
| 3.2 |
For teacher-led classes, recorded lessons may be available for 14 days if a class is missed. |
| 3.3 |
CodeBeeDo reserves the right to reschedule classes or a student’s enrolment as necessary, taking into account class size, teacher availability, and other factors affecting the effective conduct of classes. |
| 3.4 |
Classes will not be held on public holidays observed by the centre or during any closures as outlined in the academic calendar. Our teachers are unavailable during these periods, and responses to emails and messages will resume after the break. |
| 3.5 |
Parents/guardians remain responsible for students' safety and supervision before and after physical classes, and throughout online classes where appropriate. |
| 3.6 |
We follow public health guidelines and reserve the right to adjust class schedules, size, curriculum, or format as necessary. |
4. MARKETING, PROMOTION AND PERSONAL DATA
| 4.1 |
Unless you opt out, photos, videos, and student work may be used for promotional or educational purposes without compensation. |
| 4.2 |
Personal data may be used for registration, services, and marketing in line with the law. |
| 4.3 |
Personal data may be shared if required by law or to protect rights and safety. |
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
| All course materials remain the property of CodeBeeDo or its content providers. Materials are for enrolled students’ personal use only. CodeBeeDo’s names, logos, and other intellectual property may not be used without prior written consent. |
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
| 6.1 |
All CodeBeeDo Services, including physical classes, online sessions, facilities, and course materials, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our classes, platforms, or materials. |
| 6.2 |
We do not warrant that classes or online services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always meet your expectations. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, and no guarantees are made as to results. |
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
| 7.1 |
The Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to any of CodeBeeDo’s locations. Students and Customers are solely responsible for the care and safekeeping of their own personal belongings. |
| 7.2 |
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your enrolment in, participation in, or use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. |
| 7.3 |
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Released Parties arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the unused portion of the fees paid by the Customer for the relevant Services, calculated based on the Services not yet provided at the time of the claim. |
8. INDEMNITY
| You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your negligence, misconduct, or violation of these Terms, whether in connection with online or physical classes. |
9. FORCE MAJEURE
| CodeBeeDo shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet, telecommunications, or power outages, strikes, or other unforeseen events. |
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
| These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia. |
