Cornflake Cookies Cornflake cookies are a Malaysian treat, light , sweet and addictive. The recipe for these little crreations is simple to follow and tasty to eat.

Ingredients

  • 190 Grams Cornflakes
  • 90 Grams Honey
  • 55 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • Sprinkles as topping (optional)
  • Paper Cups

Method

  1. Measure all your ingredients first.
  2. In a pot, melt the butter, honey and sugar over low heat.
  3. In a large bowl, crush the cornflakes to your choice of fine.
  4. Pour the butter mixture into the cornflakes and mix evenly.
  5. Scoop the cornflake mixture into the paper cups and add sprinkles if you want to.
  6. Bake the cornflake cookies at 150C for 15 minutes.
  7. Let the cookies cool and then they are ready to be eaten.
