Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate truffles are considered complicated for beginners and people who are new to cooking and baking. Knowing this, we have created the simplest recipe for chocolate truffles for you to follow.

Ingredients

  • 100 Grams Chocolate
  • 50 Grams Whipping Cream
  • Cocoa powder for decoration

Method

  1. Finely chop the chocolate.

  2. Heat the cream in a microwave for 3 minutes or until hot enough to melt the chocolate.

  3. Pour the hot cream onto the chocolate.

  4. Whisk the mixture until smooth and shiny and then pour it into a shallow pan to cool inthe fridge.

  5. When the mixture is cool, roll it into balls and roll it in the cocoa powder.

  6. Put the truffles into the fridge again or eat it straight away!
