ELIGIBILITY

This competition is open to all CodeBeeDo Academy students. 

Participants must be enrolled as a CodeBeeDo Academy student throughout the competition period.

AGE GROUP

  • 8 to 10 years old
  • 11 to 14 years old

THEME

BUILD A SMARTER FUTURE

Create an original  game, animation, or interactive story that shows how technology, creativity, and coding can improve our world. Design smart inventions, helpful robots, future cities, eco-friendly solutions, or any original idea that makes life better for people and the planet.

Your project may include ideas such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Smart Homes
  • Smart Cities
  • Robots
  • Healthcare
  • Environmental Protection
  • Education
  • Transportation
  • Agriculture
  • Space Exploration
  • And many more!

PROJECT CRITERIA

Projects must be:

  • Original Scratch project
  • Created entirely by the participant
  • Related to the competition theme
  • Shared publicly on Scratch

Any remix or copied project will be disqualified.

AI-generated Scratch projects or copied code are not allowed.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, functionality, and overall presentation.

The top 3 participants with the highest scores from each age group will be the winners.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Each project must not contain any inappropriate or objectionable content, including pornography, profanity, content that is offensive based on a person’s gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs, or references to alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.

AWARDS

The top three participants in each age group will receive:

  • 🥇 1st Place
  • 🥈 2nd Place
  • 🥉 3rd Place

Each winner will receive an e-Certificate of Achievement.

Every participant who submits a valid entry will receive an e-Certificate of Participation.

  • Log in to Scratch
  • Create your Scratch project
  • Test your project thoroughly
  • Share your project publicly
  • Copy the project link
  • Paste your Scratch project link into the submission form by 30 September 2026. (Note: Please submit your project only after you have finalised it.)
  • Only one (1) submission per student.

RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

The competition results will be announced on our Facebook page at the end of October 2026.
